- NJNicola JonesOct 30, 20241.0If I could rate zero I would. We have used the vets for many years with both our dogs. Just recently needing to have 1 of our old dogs put to sleep many people commented how much it cost, after ringing 2 other vets in the local area we had been charged by West Mount Vets double the price of other vets to do exactly the same thing. When putting a complaint in we received a call saying they haven't done anything wrong and they are in the guidelines. How can a vets charge double the amount of another clearly think it's okay rip people off when they are upset ! we are now wondering how much extra they have charged over the years ! We will never go to this vets ever again they clearly all about making money and not about caring for pets.
